Just go to your desired project, and in the project bin, just click on import and select your Template.aep file and import. Or you can drag and drop the Template.aep file in the project bit as well. If you are having slow rendering, make sure that you have selected the GPU Acceleration mode in the render settings. To select it, just go to File > Project Settings > in Video Rendering Effects and select “Use GPU Acceleration (Metal)”. If you don't have it, then your graphics card may not supported.
